Maintenance Numbers

In order to install a MITS product you will require a Maintenance Number. Please email our support@omsphere.com team to obtain a Maintenance Number, clearly stating your Company Name, name of the Point of Contact, and a phone number. The Maintenance Number will be connected to your Company Name and both will be required to install any MITS product

Product License Keys

All MITS applications require a valid Product License Key. This may be a nEvaluation Key, a Run Time Limited Key or an Unlimited Key. Each License Key licenses between 1 to 10 instances of the relevant product*. To license more than 10 instances of a product you will require additional keys.

To obtain your License Key, please contact support@omsphere.com quoting your Maintenance Number, the application you wish to license and the Site Identification. Your Site Identification is provided by your License Server. It is therefore necessary to install the License Server before making this request.

(*Evaluation keys are limited to one calendar month and one application instance)

General Requirements

Unless stated elsewhere, all MITS products require Windows 2000 or Windows XP. They are not certified or supported on Windows NT and will not run on Windows 95, 98 or Millennium Edition.

All MITS applications require a License Token. License Tokens are provided by MITS.LicenseServer. MITS applications communicate with MITS.LicenseServer over TCP/IP. It therefore follows that the License Server MUST be either installed on the same machine as the MITS application or be available across the LAN/WAN. In either case a TCP/IP stack must be installed and operational.
