Omsphere was founded by Fletcher Carson to fill a void in the product development industry. Fletcher is credentialed with Stanford University academic expertise of a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, and a Masters Degree in Operations. He has combined this expertise with decades of both small and large scale project experience to produce a powerful set of processes and tools for solving one of the industrys most persistent and problems: the inability of tool vendors, developers,
and integrators to build systems which reliably meet the client expectations
in a timely manner.
Omsphere provides a comprehensive suite of technology,
processes, procedures, and client relationship structures which
are revolutionary in application, and evolutionary during the development
lifecycle. This set of practices is called Quality Evolutionary
Development (QED), and can be used to build a project from its inception,
or retrofitted into an ongoing project.
These practices have been built over many years for
many clients in many industries, domestic and international, commercial
and military. They are well proven, based on actual experience,
and have been critical to a very successful track record in both
small and large-scale projects.
Omsphere consistently creates successful products
by bridging the distance between all of the stakeholders in a project,
from the developers, to QA testers, to the client.
